I have purchased Reliance Data Card around 8 months back. From the day 1 i.e. from activiation period I had registered complaint with their customer care for not getting internet speed or connectivity. Everytime I call up their customer care they had registered one new complaint.
This continued for a period 25 days and due to frustration I went to reliance hub and informed them to cancel my connection and refund me the charges of data card worth Rs. 3000/-. On which they handed over me a bill of Rs. 2463/-. on which I informed them that from day one I am not able to get connectivity and I have not used internet. Even when I tried to connect internet it was after night 10 pm which was free period for me as per my plan.
On which they replied that as per bill generated it is showing the usage and I need to pay the same. If I dont pay I will not get refund of any amount.
I suggest everyone not to purchase Reliance Data Connect.
