I have been using redbus app to book bus tickets. They are initiating so many booking offer codes to book tickets in offer. Still I feel those offer codes are not worth and compared to tickets on their site. Moreover last time when I booked a ticket payment got failed from mobile app. Later I have got a call from redbus that you have only option to book seat in last row.
If I want to board in last seat why should I reserve using mobile app. Also using app many times it got failed and price also almost same. Redbus should improve their mobile app performance also they should give real offer codes to book, like most of the codes are equivalent to normal price.
