It has happened twice that I have to complain about the refunds of cancelled ticket. I cancelled the ticket on 23rd of july and today it is 2nd august, I didn't get refund.
This policy will not let you be successful in future. Be genuine. I cancelled 2 seats out of 8. They deducted money too, but still didn't provide me refund. They have set the ratings for at least 3 star. Hell it is.
I don't recommend booking by redbus.
