I have booked a cab for 10.00 AM on 10th dec 2023, but I had made a mistake on AM and PM. I have selected 10 pm instead of 10 am. contacted customer service for re-scheduling the cab where they have answered simply they are helpless.
If you guys are helpless then why are you running this platform instead of shutting.
Worst service dont book any cab from your platform in future I have lost around 3500/-
I wonder how much free money they get everyday with these type of cases!
