I had ordered a product online and the concerned company had tied up with Red Express courier service to deliver the product.
The product was booked on 14th with the courier company but till date the product has not been delivered. Even the online tracking system is stuck and not getting updated at all. I have tried ALL their contact numbers but not even one of them is working or responding.
I am starting to believe that this is definitely a sham company and it has embezzled my package. I am in talks with the company through which I had ordered the product to refund my amount in full. I want everyone to please be very alert and not to book any package with this 3rd rate courier company.
