A rip off of the Malayalam film Pretham is given his own touch by the director Ohmkar. Like the first film this story starts with comedy. Three friends think of having fun at their guest house, later gets to know that it is haunted. They approach the mentalist named Rudra played by Nagarjuna.
The second half deals with how Rudra finds what the ghost needs and why it is haunting. The plot could have been better. Background score was good, Nag and Sam deliver good performances.
