This is dealer Raja Honda should be penalized by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd for providing substandard servicing to their customers.
I have a bike from them a two of years ago
I have given the bike for servicing a number of times here.
I have observed that they cheat the customers by not providing the quality servicing that has been prescribed in the bike manual, over charging by undertak dubious fixes, lying to customers that problems have been fixed when it is clearly not etc.
I have now started getting my bike serviced from an independent service centre and have seen the quality of servicing undertaken for the same price. It is shocking to realize to what extent Raja Honda has been taking its customer for a ride.
Please stay away from this kind of people!
