I purchased pureit advanced 14l on May of this month. From the first day I am facing problem. Although it was said to me that it has a warranty of 6months but all that is fake. From the very first day the water was not getting filtered that is the water is not coming in the lower chamber. I called up the customer care several times, they send their service person several times but they couldn't fix it. I requested them for a exchange since it was defective from the first day but they didn't agree to it. I want my issue to be addressed soon please
