Proxtrend has a very poor interface which is not suitable for assessing trades. Even if you are a seasoned trader, you will not like the website. It is very confusing and leaves out important information. There are very few options to customize your trades.
The people at Proxtrend are not helpful and should guide the beginners with proper care. Its technology feels outdated and is not at all future-proof. The fees are too high for the services rendered. When the Proxtrend team suggested a few workflow optimization ideas, I was excited. However, the suggestions were made on purely baseless calculations and did not give the expected results. Very poor service for a company of this stature. The company does not diversify its portfolio and keeps it locked until there is a major revamp. You cannot expect a proper, timely resolution for your issues.
