Bad experince, no proper communication, icici lombard insurence policy added to home loan amount saying that it will be free of cost? One of my disbursement to builder gone 1 month late after due date, because of which I had to pay delayed payment charges from my side.


I will recommend going for state banks, LIC HF for home loan.
