Here is a genuine request.
I urge each of you to once read the below story before proceeding ahead for enrolment of any of their courses offered by Planet Spark.
Until you have paid them & enrolled, they will talk in sugar coated words while selling and tell that refund process is easily done in case its needed. All you have to do is inform within 1 month of the enrolment.
Later once you have certain issues.
They will never respond you well for your query if you call / message. Further, they will not agree to their own commitments of refund / discontinuity from the program.
If you wish to opt out of program then they will come with their policy which would never have been discussed with you while sales like if child does 5 classes then no refund is possible( eventually no sales would tell you while selling because Sneha Patil in my case said She herself was unaware of this policy.)
They would also say that 20% of the course fee will be deducted as penalty( again Sneha did never discuss with me & later said she was not even aware of this policy).
Then I argued that why don’t you check your recorded calls where was I told about the policy.
Where was I sent this mail about policy.
They denied to share such mails/recordings.
So If I summarise, in case you are stuck with them they will never support.
They will never pay you back if you wish to discontinue even well within their stipulated timelines.
They will find all points from their policy which would never have been discussed with you & hence deny refund in the name of their policy.
