I enrolled my son in the program on December 2023, following a very rushed decision. The CEO/Manager and his junior gave us only 10 minutes to decide, which left us little time to evaluate the offering properly. During the enrollment, the junior staff member conducted a brief online test and asked my son a few questions. Based on that, she placed him in the kindergarten syllabus, despite the fact that he was actually in Grade 2.
I requested a change in the syllabus to match his actual grade level after we took up the classes for about 2 months, but none of my requests were acknowledged or acted upon. The "Learn" class was entirely theoretical, and the "Practice and Performance" sessions followed only one rigid pattern, which did not suit my son's learning needs.
We had paid a significant amount for the course, expecting quality education and support. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. While the CEO/Manager and his junior were very responsive and available on the day of enrollment, they became completely unreachable afterward and stopped answering our calls.
Overall, I feel that the course was ineffective and a waste of money, especially for a young child. The lack of communication and support was deeply disappointing.
