I visited a pizza hut restaurant recently with my family. And, I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food we received.
I complained and was partly compensated. It's such a shame as I believe that Pizza Hut could do so much better. I prefer jalapeños or chilli flakes.
Certainly not a hot sauce. It seems the cheaper option. It's as almost they are using the cheaper option on everything. I found our pizzas to have little taste and very little cheese. I love pizzas and I think I can cook better. So my question is why should I spend a premium on a substandard meal. Most surprising part, is the amount of taxes that are levied on the bills, from the bill amount of Rs. 1000, we paid nearly Rs. 200 as taxes which is charged only in pizza hut. Simply wonder, why they charge such heavy taxes wherein other pizza outlets don’t. They should seriously improve the quality and service of their outlets.
