Hi,
I used this service for 2 years after that I relocated. These people not able to provide the connection to new location, so they told they would return the balance amount.
Now its more than two years I closed this service till now I didn't get my balance amount.
Customer support simply takes the request and closes the ticket without any intimation and resolution. I raised around 40 tickets in the last 2 years till now not got money not resolved the issue.
THEY DON'T HAVE A OFFICE IN HYDERABAD. So not sure how to reach them also.
THE BIGGEST THIEVES ARE IN THIS COMPANY TO LOOT THE MONEY.
