Team PepsiCo India, This is to complain that I have still not received Rs.500 worth of mobile talktime which I won in your Pepsi The Game Contest(featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt & Jacqueline Fernandes) held in April 2010. I had participated through two numbers and had won Rs. 250 mobile top-up each.
Despite countless reminders since then, neither you have sent my long pending gratifications nor replied back. This is highly unprofessional, irresponsible, arrogant, careless, fraudulent and high-handed attitude of yours.
In fact, I should be overcompensated for this unnecessary delay from your side with a Flipkart/Amazon gift voucher of Rs.5000 or more, along with my original prizes of Rs.500 worth of mobile top-up. What do you have to say about that?
