This is a second really bad experience from pepper fry, the first experience was already bad, it took me more than two years to go back to them. I should never have.
I ordered several products from them 1 of them was a chair and some wall art.
The auto cancelled my chair assembly request and when I called back they said assembly is not required but we will send 1. Finally fixed in a few days.
Second was a set of wall plates. they did not deliver on time. I called them they said they are checking and will be delivered in a day, was not delivered in 2 days, apparently the delivery guy got my old address which I don't know how as shipping address was wrong and will deliver next day, he didn't respond to my calls next day. So I called them again they wanted another eta of 24 hours for delivery, I asked what happened to my original complaint and eta of 24 hours you gave, they had no answer. Completely unprofessional service. I recommend Urban ladder, they are definitly more professional than this. Never had problems with them
