While most of cheated customers have already written their experience of paytm mall and termed them a FRAUD, its true, I will just add one more. Please read it carefully since this may come to your home as well.
I bought two phones(Samsung Galaxy A70 and iPhone Xr) under exchange. Delivery went well, pick up was scheduled and was picked up on the date messaged by Paytm courier partner Shadowfax. After two days when I again received message that someone is coming to pick up the exchanged product(which was already picked up) I called them to check what the status is. They started their investigation and after 2 weeks sent me an email that it was not picked up. Fortunately I have Diary entry of all visitors of the apartment and CCTV installed so that I can show it in the court.
Now let us connect the links, first shadowfax messages that both your phone will be picked today, and someone comes to my house stating that he has come here to pick two old phones(with details). When I gave both the phones, he checked EMI number from his phone which I also saw to match.
Second when Shadowfax states that it has not picked the phone, they send another person with the phone number in the message stating that this is his number and he was on leave and ofcourse I know he was not the person who came to pick the phone.
Thirdly, I was trying(minimum 80 calls) to call the person in message but the phone was not working for 2 weeks, suddenly it starts working when he comes.
Fourthly, Person who came to pick up the phone has entered wring details so that he cannot be tracked.
Paytm has not only cheated its customer but committed an organized theft. And if the person who came was not from paytm or their associates, how come the person had all the details of the phone, my address, phone number etc. Breach of their own privacy law.
Guys, we try to buy stuff for ease and not to indulge in these stuff, so be carefull with the exciting offer to loot you. Paytm Mall is a fraud company by its ethics, management and policy. I will be going ahead to file case from FIR to consumer court but this was not my intent while I bought phones.
