Too bad service. Review on Paytmmall

Hi friends I want to share my personal experience with you that Paytm mall.com is one of the disgusting Mall in online shopping centre this given me a very disappointment I purchased a product of mobile very late delivery and very bad service due to that I am sharing my personal experience with you when I purchased mobile date is 22 I got the delivery on 30 it is too late due to this service of late I was feeling very bad but one eye open the case of mobile I seen it looks like a old mobile because the scratches on the mobile showing the used mobile type feeling that's why I call to customer care of Paytm mall.com they did not responded me correctly and they given me very rude reply that we send properly product you don't got FB don't mind about that only this is very bad response to me but how they speak with other customers I don't know they think that this is government organisation they can do anything they want then did not took my mobile back because their policy is different I don't like such policies which do not give you proper service it's very pathetic and will discusting reply to me now I am suggesting you people to don't buy any product from Paytm Mall if you have any other dotkom who gives you good service and delivery on the product and very good response to a customer care query about yourself then it is good side but this side I phone very bad that's why I am giving the bad reply to this this is my personal review and sharing with you thank you for reading my review
