Hi friends I am going to share my experience with the paytm, on May 01st I booked a ticket from Kanpur to Lucknow for next morning i.e. 02nd May in RSRTC bus I still regret that why I have booked the ticket from paytm it was truely a nightmare, I booked the ticket in the evening and when I downloaded the ticket the boarding point was not clear then I tried to call paytm call center and after a continuous wait of 45 mins my call got connected, the CS executive informed me that Sir we don't encourage our customer to book ticket for any state transport buses, then my question was if you don't encourage it must not reflect on portal while searching for a bus, anyways I ask him the boarding point he told me that I can board from Jhakarkatti bus stand in Kanpur at 4.30 am, when I reached next morning to the bus stand and enquired about this bus the bus stad enquiry department informed me that this bus doesn't enter city it passby from bypass. However the enquiry staff was so prompt at the bus stand he contacted Jaipur bus stand and took the number of the conductor on the bus I was having ticket the conductor informed the enquiry guy that he has passed Lucknow also, I was left with no option is just to wait for bus at the stand and complete my journey. I tried calling paytm suppport but the same problem connecting it took another an hour or more to connect to them, when I informed them about my issue they told me it happens and you will get your money back in 5 working days. It was really a disgusting experience with paytm and since then I never used paytm to book any tickets.
