I am a Paytm user for last few years. Never faced any issues with its wallet payments.
However, I realized that FastTag & Paytm is a deadly combination which will loot your money! FastTag app never gives out confirmation for payments through Paytm. And Paytm always says your transaction was successful! You will loose your money multiple times.
Paytm customer care really doesn't care about your money and for FastTag there is no customer care to check your payments. 1033 is only to raise your vehicle tag issues and not payment issues. Suggestions below:
NEVER BUY PAYTM FASTAG.
NEVER RECHARGE your FASTAG using PAYTM.
NEVER EVER LINK your FASTTAG WITH PAYTM BANK.
