I am using paytm since 2 yrs. Its gives amazing customer service and very timely deliver as promised. its almost always punctual. I have 1-2 orders per week and after talking to the customer executive I have opted for a monthly balance sheet record which helps to tally my orders with the cashbacks. The products recieved and displayed on website have same good quality. Since last 1 yr, am using the app as well which is equally as good as the web. Paytm is reliable and works well in cases when u dont have cash to pay for your ride or local purchase as popular taxi, uber, ola have paytm in there payment options. In short its a way out when you dont have enough cash and you are lazy to withdraw by standing in a long quee.
