I had two fastag accounts with paytm but due to ongoing problems with paytm I requested to close my fastag account and refund MY Money held by paytm, however even after close to a month paytm has not refunded MY money held by them. Customer care is completely non- existent and do not listen to my issue. If I vall them on customer care only thing I hear is that all customer care executives are busy. I hald the call for hours but no one talks or even call back. I strongly feel that paytm has usurped my money and they have no intention to refund my money to me. Deal with Paytm at your own risk.
