I have purchased one laptop Dell Vostro 3458 on Paytm portal on dated 18.07.2016 and they delivered this product to me on dated 22.07.2016.
Once I checked laptop warranty on dell support then I find that warranty will expired in next month.
So I called paytm care and they register my case ID(04947444) and told that it will be done in next 72 hour but after 72 hour issue is not resolved then I call again then they again reply for wait next 48 hour.i have call paytm care more than 5 time and every call they told same thing and provide another new case ID.Now they says to me for wait one month but how can I believe that my query will resolve in one month.
On the basis of the fact shown above, paytm update my laptop warranty with the help of vendor otherwise return this laptop on priority.i am totaly puzzeled this order from Paytm side.
