Few months back , I have ordered a tampered glass for my Microsoft Lumia 640 XL from paytm.com. I have received the order on time as mentioned in the order details from paytm.com but the best part was :
THE GLASS was shattered beforehand in the classic packaging of the bubble sheet.
Glass was not even of Microsoft Lumia 640XL, it was of a samsung mobile phone.
I called customer service several times and even recalled the product from the website but the issue was in their plate for more than a month. After so many calls they refunded my money back and still at that time I dont have tampered with me. Pathetic experience.
