                                                            I booked a ticket on Paulo bus from Pune to GOA on 21st September, PNR no is 1564742 for authenticity. My misery started from the day I booked a ticket for this bus, I could not check the PNR no on site it gives error like PNR invalid, then have to call customer care to confirm my seat and thankfully they confirmed.
Now on the boarding day , they could not tell me exact timing when the bus will come at Wakad bridge, they didn't provide any number to contact nor any bus no and on the top of it customer care guy is not picking up phone and Pune guy with no 02032920877 could only give excuse and he also don't know timing when bus will come. I called Pune and Bangalore no for more than one hour but of no use.
Finally bus came and they when I go to helper for blanket as it  is ac bus , he proudly says he will close the ac when it leave Pune. WTF we  have booked ac bus and this guy is saying we will close it and u need not worry for blanket and the last but not the least you will feel every pothole inside the bus.
Not recommended for anyone.
To summarize:
*No customer care, no one to contact, no blanket, no ac, no comfort*
