Here I am going to share my experience of taking patanjali pachak shodhit Harad.
From last three months I feel undigestion in my stomach , in morning stomach cant become clear properly.
But when I heard about Pachak Shodhit Harad from one of my friend .
I start taking this everyday after dinner before going to bed.
Its a MAGIC next day in morning all waste ( undigested food) goes out from my body eaisly.
This is one of the best product from Patanjali Aurveda .
It contain many aurvedic medicines like( Cumin seed, sea salt, black salt, citric acid, long pepper, bishop's seed) etc.
It is a aurvedic medicine which is helpful in Indigestion, Abdominal Distension and Constipation.
I personally advised you to take this magical medicine and see the magic .
But this should not be consumed by patients suffering from hypertension.
