Padmini is one of the few fastest growing companies in home appliances segment. but I am surprised with the pathetic quality of the product and workmanship and to top it all the company does not bother to even respond to any mode of communication. The cover of the sandwich toaster started melting after a few no. of usages- I tried to get support through all modes of reaching Padmini support - but in vain.
Now it has become a hazard. I am scared to use as it might result in some tragedy due to electrocution.
I finally have decided to purchase a new sandwich toaster.
