Don't ever never service your bike with Pacer Yamaha. If you see this review recently or anytime later in future, does not matter just avoid Pacer Yamaha at any cost otherwise you will be disappointed 100 percent for sure.
It was my biggest mistake even after seeing lot of negative comments still had given my bike for service and now am regretting it. Better service your bike with local mechanic.
They are scammers and stealers and i personally had very worst experience. I given bike for service with main problem as gear shifting as it is struck between neutral and next gear. During inspection they just told adjusting clutch will resolve the issue and made estimation about 3500+ rs.
After left the place, got a call from the center saying clutch plate has gone and need to be replaced otherwise issue will persist so i said OK to change. But the issue persist still today and actual problem not resolved and they looted my money by saying clutch plate was gone but actually it was in good condition only.
When you report your problem, they will say busy and ask you to come on Saturday. Even if you come, they try loot you again by saying something has to be changed and it costs more than what you paid initially for service.
They are very unprofessional at job they doing, service manager is worst he does not care at all and sales manager Manju is unethical and worst attitude towards the customer.
Scammers: They loot your money by telling fake reasons to change the parts. They are not keeping the words and once you made payment then done. you no way get your money back.
Stealers: They stole my battery and replaced with faulty one. I never had issue with starting my bike before but after service here self start hardly work as battery not giving backup and issue is till today. Even they stole my Tyre inlet cap.
One more important thing is they never print invoice for verification before payment cos they do not want you to find their unnecessary charges so they will lie by saying its not possible to print without payment.
In spite of being so greedy for money these people have no shame to stick their ad sticker Pacer Yamaha on the front and back suspension. It clearly shows they will loot customer every possible ways.
