I had a very frustrating experience with OTIS employees. On one occasion, they entered my office without prior notice and shut down the lift. When I asked them why, they simply said, We don't know talk to our seniors. This level of communication is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect clear explanations and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, the staff I encountered seemed untrained and uninterested in helping.
Im sharing this to alert potential clients to be cautious when working with OTIS and to ensure everything is documented and confirmed before allowing access to your premises.
