I have took moblie insurance from oneassist and they promiae me on certain gauranted price back on theft of mobile. My mobile was theft in 2 of may in 2017 and till now they donot process my claim. Many of the time, customercare executive spoke on irregulerity on my part instead of telling the status. Visited more than 4 time but till the time no reason for delay recieved by any OneAssist Team. Do not avail this inaurance service.
