After your material is loaded they will share bill having insurance, GST, Green Tax and Documentation charges that they never shared when providing quotation.
Insurance they never provide the insurance policy meaning cheating government and customer.
I even have doubt of the bill they shared with GST, green tax was genuine.
They don't respond after truck leaves and only customer has to follow up with truck driver who also responds on his own convince.
