Hello all of you
My name is swetank agrawal. I went to Noida last month ago then I bought some book from this store. Shop is looking good. but the staff of this shop is too busy.
ACCESSIBILITY: Yes design of shop is too good and too interactive.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: there are many staff in this shop. but staff are two lasy. there are many customers are not satisfied to the customer for buy the books.
AVAILABILITY OF BOOKS: yes, there are many books available in this shop. but shopkeeper are show only few books.
RANGE OF BOOK: range of books are average same as other book shop in the market.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: my suggestion is please go to other shop store. because customer service is very bad.
