I am from Chennai and I booked Ola through the app. The driver called and told that its more than 6 Kms(7.5) Kms and he said he will check with office and get back. I got a SMS that the Ola cab was cancelled by driver because I was not reachable which is a lie. What kind of service they provide? Worst ever I faced from a taxi provider. I will never use Ola again. Uber or Fast track are definitely atleast provide service not like OLA who is not bothered about customer
