Booked a ola micro in Bhubaneswar from Khandagiri to Patia. The interface of the app is very clumsy with lot of options put in a small space.
The driver did not contact me.After around 20 mins he called and informed me that he will not be able to reach as his car had broken down.He asked me to cancel the trip.I cancelled and rebooked but was charged a fee for the cancelled trip.Customer care could not resolve the issue.
