It was dreadful experience with my last Ola service, I booked Ola while returning home from office a bit late than usual. It showed my a waiting time of 5 minutes and I went ahead and booked for the cab and it was accepted by driver. I was waiting but there was no updates so I called on the drivers number and he said he had a car trouble so it is not possible to make the pick up and asked me to cancel the ride. His behaviour was awful as I refused to cancel on my own as I will get charged if I initiate the cancellation. Anyway, I managed to book ride and was charged 3 times than the usual. Its really hard to rely, trust these services these days.
