nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Never seen such an inefficient online shopping site. I ordered things for around Rs 1000, when the product was not delivered even after 3 weeks I called their customercare and their reply was that the product is already delivered when I have not recieved anything. WORST site with FRAUD staff.
Never use this site for shopping! They CHEAT!
The customer service staff is not intrested to listen to your issue. they jus send me some doccument saying its delivered this shows their trustworythiness.
I keep getting msgs with different order numbers and products. Dont knw whats going on!
