nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is not the first time I am getting disappointed with nykaa... But yes it would be last. Never will order from them again. I order a product which looked different from the image in website. And the website said easy return for the product. But I had no easy experience. When I raised a return request they told me the product can't be returned. Then they said I am not eligible to return it. Now I am stuck with a product which I will never use as it's horrible.
