nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Placed an order on Nykaa for Dot & Key Sunscreen and Face Wash. However, I received only the face wash. The sunscreen was missing from the package.
After contacting Nykaas customer support, I was told that an "investigation" was done and everything was dispatched from their endbut I never received the product. Till now, there is no resolution, no refund, and no replacement.
This is a clear case of poor service and negligence. I feel scammed as a customer. I do not have time to chase companies for products I already paid for.
I request immediate actioneither deliver the missing product or refund my money. Im attaching screenshots of my order and delivery.
This is a serious issue of consumer rights violation, and I will escalate this further if not resolved.
