Pathetic nyka beauty services and customer care. Review on Nykaa

I placed multiple orders on nyka beauty and all were prepaid but it has been 5 days i have not received those orders and customer care not providing timelines and delivery date. I have read on quora nyka won't deliver prepaid orders on time . It's cheai will not order anything on nyka beauty in future. Finally as orders was not delivered I had to cancel all my 3 orders that too after escalating it to higher authorities. Nyka beauty customer care system is pathetic they keep on sending same replies and don't care what was question. They don't resolve concern they drag concern and make it big and force customer to feel frustrated, annoyed . It feels like pathetic and sorry like why I ordered from nyka beauty. Customer care team don't care about escalation or reviews of customers. If nyka beauty has this type customer service company will shut down one day for sure. They don't have any timelines and they take own sweet time to deliver item and they don't even care to inform status of order to customer. That is beauty and their motive is to make customers feel pathetic.
