I had ordered a kaya product with order No. 600702092. I had made the payment online. But to my surprise I neither received a confirmation call regarding the order nor any correspondence regarding the shipment. After sending emails to their CCR team, no one responds. even their CC no. also does not connect to the CCR. after various calls finally the call got connected and they kept the call for more than 10 mins on hold and they said that the product is no longer available at their website and they will refund the amount. how cheap of NYKAA. never use this websit for placing any orders. They are no. 1 fraudsters and I have still not got my refund.
