I recently ordered a product from the Nykaa app, and I’m extremely disappointed. Although the delivery was on time, the item I received was not as shown in the photos. The product looked completely different from what was advertised.
To make things worse, the return process has been a nightmare. The app keeps showing errors, and customer support has been unhelpful. I tried multiple times to initiate a return, but nothing worked.
This kind of experience is very frustrating and unacceptable from a reputed platform like Nykaa. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.
