Excellent Service. I was assigned Fakiha Iffath Ishaq as my Relationship Manager for two of my properties. She did an excellent job, even during Covid lockdown, and brought many potential tenants to the table. She was quick and hard working.
The only problem I faced was that No Broker refused to take my third property on the Money back plan because their Rent-o-Meter showed the rent in that locality to be half of the rent of my property. I would only request them to suspend the Rent-o-meter till the accuracy is sorted out.
