nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
8th april I have initiated the rent to my owners account through nobroker which was returned saying that technical glitch or account no. The issue which is very hard to understand as for a year I am paying through no broker app in the same account. Now they have deducted the service charges after returning my money.
Why should I pay them service charges when no service was provided and this can happen again. So be aware they can fool you and anybody can fall in this trap as they are saying service charges are nonrefundable irrespective of the amount deliver to owners account or not.
I believe new way to fool customer and earn money.
