nobroker Cares
nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I paid Rs. 2000 to NoBroker.com for Freedom Plan and observed a few drawbacks -
After 9 free contacts were exhausted I signed up for the paid plan which also has a limited number of contacts. But NoBroker kept sending me the same contacts under paid plan which I had already got under free usage.
There are way more options on sites like magicbricks.com, commonfloor.com etc. for the same search criteria. This is more to do with owners' adoption of the platform so hopefully it's only a matter of time.
Most owners put their property on NoBroker and ALSO engage brokers. So ended up seeing the same property multiple times via NoBroker and via brokers. Again, this is an issue related to owners behaviour over which NoBroker has little control.
NoBroker keeps sending daily unsolicited promotional email and SMS even after user activity has dropped to zero. I tried to block their SMS many times but messaging app on my Android phone was not good enough.
Finally I got my property through magicbricks so money paid to NoBroker was wasted.
