nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent home shifting service arranged through your platform. The experience was highly unprofessional and distressing due to the following issues:
Vendor Misbehavior:
The vendors assigned to my shifting were extremely rude and uncooperative. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also created a hostile environment during the move.
Incomplete Shifting:
Several major and essential major items like Dining Table & Chimney were left behind or not moved at all, despite clear instructions and discussions prior to the move. This has caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses on my part.
Poor Handling & Damage(if applicable):
My Mom-Dad frame & Chair were mishandled and sustained damage during the move.
Unjustified Charges:
Despite the above issues and the incomplete delivery of service, I was charged the full amount. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on NoBrokers commitment to customer satisfaction. Given these serious concerns, I request:
A pro-rata refund for the shifting charges paid.
An internal review of the vendor in question to ensure this experience is not repeated for other customers.
