I took NRI best efforts services for owner for my apartment in Bangalore. Relationship managers do not take any effort to call you or connect with potential tenants and they also create random interest which actually do not exists. If you ask for a proper explanations and report, they do not provide. Its a total waste of money. Sometimes they misbehave with you as if its our fault that we are NRI.
