What a pain in the rear netzero is. Their software is proprietary(you can't set up a normal dialer through Control Panel), it is very slow, and it crashes Internet Explorer 7. When I called to cancel they tried to upsell me for about 5 minutes and I finally had to swear at the girl just to quit the sales pitch and actually cancel the account! Don't subscribe to netzero!
The sales rep told me I would be able to run tonight. But then I found out that I need their disk to run it. I was expecting it to be a standard dial up service that you set up in your Windows control panel.
Netzero is the worst ISP I have ever had. Of the many ISPs I have done business with Netzero is by far the worst. The price was cheap and I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for.
Download speed was very slow.
