Netzero is the worst ISP I have ever had. Of the three ISPs I have done business with Netzero is by far the worst. The price was cheap and I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for. Service was average at best, poor at times. My connection was dropped at least once a day and usually a few times. Download speed was very slow. My biggest problem was the $240 bill they sent me after I canceled my account. I had to call twice and talk to 3 different people to get my account canceled and the bill taken care of. Thankfully I paid with a check and didnt give them my credit card number. Customer no service was a joke. Dont make the same mistake I did, find another ISP.
