I stay in Chennai and call me my bad luck that I bought Reliance Net connect + ... I swear to god this is the most horrible service I could expect I am literally screwed up .. I paid a sum of rs 1300/- with a promise of speed of 3.1 mbps.. and my friends do you know how much speed I got ... ...25kbps... yes my friend you read it correctly its 25kbps...
I am a professional and by god you can't imagine how much my work has suffered due to this... buying this product is like screwing your self .. the last thing on earth to buy is Reliance net connect... even in my dreams I will never buy this product. Customer care is one level above and will not respond to your calls.. and even they respond they can't do a thing about the problem..
So guys its better to work without internet then to buy this Reliance net connect.
