All down hill from here. . Review on NetZero ISP

I first got this on 2006. At first it was a good service. Not fast not slow. It was cheap. and I was sastfied. Than Problems start occurring. once the thing would not start. So I spend hours trying to figure it out.  I was about to call them but I decide not to since service is $ 1.95 an minute or something like that. So I eventually figured out what to do. I was relived. but I was annoyed.

Things were okay than, on April 2007 my dad decided to get highspeed for $14.95. I was like cool Netzero would be faster. Right on the first day It was slow. slower than regular speed. But I had the patient to deal with it. Somedays It was fast but mostly it was slow. . But I could put up with it. Than a month, may. I was surfing the web on saturday afternoon and I logged off around 5 for dinner. So around 7 I got back on agian. I push connect. than I went downstairs for about 10 minutes. But I cant log on at all. So I exited it. and tried again. But It still dosent work. So once again I exited to try again. But it dosent work.

So I just exited. and turn off the computer and did something else instead. I just figured It was just one of those minor problems. It would likely work again tomorow, like it happened before. Than the next day I spent the whole sunday trying to figure out the problem. I was starting to get mad. I cant go online to download music. or go on myspace or do anything. So I statred using my little brothers computer. since It cant work on my computer. It was good for two weeks. Than I started to loose it becaasue it was no longer fast, A simple page would take about 10 minutes to load. logging to my yahoo email account took a while. and It would often say not responding. Myspace was very slow to load. I was just fed up. Than the internet at my brothers  just got worse and worse. ANd I dont want to call for help cause you have to pay for every minute you talk to them. So heck no. Than one day the internet would not work at all. Cuz my bothers computer dont work anymore. So bascailly after school let out I had a summer job so I cant go on the internet any ways. Than end of July I called netzero for cancellation.

I called them I talked to the first representive with an Indian accent that is very hard to understand. I told him I want to cancel so he direct me to another line. Than this dude talk to me and I told him I want to cancel. he ask me what seems to be the problem. I say that I was satisfy at first, than It got worse and worse. I got a virus due to netzero, plus I cant no longer connect to the computer and its slowness. He kept saying that he would reduce the price for the highspeed. I was like No. I dont want to to reduce the price I want to cancel it. He was like i'll transfer you to technical support and you will get the help. I was like No I have to pay for the call, and he wanted rush things hoping I change my mind. But I said I'm sorry I want to cancel because the family is not satisfied. He was liek miss give it a chance over and over agin and sometimes he would interrupt me. But I told him anyways. I said I dont care about the price. it could be free but I dont like the service so I want to be cancelled. He finally said fine and I got it cancelled.  than a month later they call my house and left a message wanting us back with some special offer. and a mail of a postcard of an special offer. Now I have aol and I'm happy with the speed. Its way better than netzero. The thing I hated the most was that If you ahve to pay to talk to them.
